From time to time we will have details about specific vacancies in BSA schools. All headteacher and deputy headteacher vacancies will be listed here.

Teaching at Shell Company Schools

Qualified teachers are invited to apply to join the Shell Pool.

Applicants’ forms are matched against the Shell teaching competences criteria. Successful candidates are then put through to the Shell pool. Shell schools inform Fieldwork Management of their staffing requirements. We provide the schools with the names of candidates that are best matched against the school’s criteria. The headteachers then interview the candidates.

Applicants who have not been invited for interviews remain in the pool. Often there are vacancies during the school year which need to be filled at short notice. This is mostly due to schools experiencing sudden growth.

All deputy and headteacher vacancies are advertised separately on our website and in the TES. These vacancies can occur at any time and interviews are usually held at Shell’s head office in The Hague, The Netherlands.
